Brief & Site
We read the brief carefully, visit the site at different times of day, and ask questions until we understand what the building actually needs to do. No templates. No assumptions carried over from the last project.

Concept Design
A single strong idea, resolved into drawings and a material palette. We present one considered direction, not three half-formed options. If revisions are needed, we do them — but we start with a point of view.

Design Development
Working drawings, specifications, and coordination with structural and MEP consultants. Every detail is resolved on paper before it reaches site. Cost certainty is built in at this stage, not retrofitted.

Construction
Site supervision by a dedicated project architect throughout construction. We check, not just inspect. Deviations are flagged and resolved in real time. The drawing set is the contract — contractors know we mean it.

Handover
A complete as-built drawing set, operations manual, and a walkthrough with the client before formal handover. For institutional projects, post-occupancy visits at 6 and 12 months are included by default.
